    If you receive a statutory demand from the ATO then time is of the essence. Statutory demands are issued under section 459 of the corporations act and you have only 21 days to take action. If you receive a statutory demand then you should contact us immediately to determine your next steps.
  • Garnishee Notices
    A garnishee notice issued by the ATO allows the ATO to access your company bank account to collect outstanding debts. The ATO will determine a payment schedule and the amount to be repaid.
